KennethLColburnKenneth L. Colburn, M.D.

Dr. Kenneth Colburn, a native of Michigan, earned his doctorate from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California and completed his residency at Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois. He has been providing outstanding family and obstetric medical care since 1981, coming to Livingston, Tennessee in 1991 after serving at a mission hospital in Okinawa, Japan.

Dr. Colburn is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandy, spiritual growth, horses, gardening, travel and visiting with his two adult children, both of whom work in veterinary medicine.

JoshCopperJoshua Cooper, APRN, FNP-BC

Josh Cooper came to us from Nashville, Tennessee, having moved from Texas where he spent his childhood years. He has been a nurse practitioner at Oasis Medical Center since 2007. Josh completed his undergraduate work at Belmont University and went on to earn his master’s in nursing at Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American College of Nurse Practitioners. He is married and is the proud father of two energetic young boys. Josh’s hobbies include running and spiritual growth.

Anna M. Williams, APRN, FNP-C Anna Williams

Anna Williams proudly joined Oasis Medical Center as the newest full-time provider in June of 2017. Raised in Middle Tennessee, she made the Upper Cumberland her home after attending Tennessee Technological University. She completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing at TTU. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

Anna is married to her college sweetheart, Seth, and they have one daughter. Outside the office, Anna's interests include music, travel, good books, and cooking for her family. She attends Life Church in Cookeville where she is involved in music ministry. 


CheryleLevoyCheryle Levoy, APRN, FNP-C

Cheryle Levoy proudly joined Oasis Medical Center in September of 2016 as a part-time provider. She completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Adventist University where she received a degree in nursing. After working in the healthcare field for several years, Cheryle attended Tennessee Technological University where she received her masters of science in nursing with a concentration as a family nurse practitioner. She is certified by the American Academy of Family Nurse Practitioner. 

Outside of the office, Cheryle enjoys spending time with her two children and staying active, particularly through running. She is an active member of her church, the Livingston Seventh-day Adventist Fellowship.
